Directions

For the ‘AA’ website, click on this link:-

When you reach this page, you will see the heading ‘Travel Route Planner’, all you will need to do is,
1. Type your starting town/postcode in the ‘From’ field,
2. Type ‘Lochinver’ in the ‘To’ field,
3. Click on ‘Get Route’.
This will bring you to the next page where you confirm that the map has found the correct Lochinver (Lairg), you can also check a box here to see a map as well as directions. Click on ‘Get Route’ again.
You will now have a long list of directions with a map at the top of the page (If map box was checked on previous page). This page should be easily printed if required.

Alternatively, follow the M90/A9 to the Tore roundabout, 13 miles North of Inverness. Then take the A835 at the roundabout through Ullapool to the Ledmore Junction (18 miles past Ullapool). Take the left road at Ledmore Junction (A837) for 19 miles until you reach Lochinver.
